200HR Yoga Teacher Training

7th July @ 9:00 am - 30th July @ 5:00 pm

One of Ireland’s only residential Yoga Teacher trainings, set just outside the charming Dingle town at the Reiltín Retreat Centre, attendees can immerse themselves in the ancient yogic teachings with Senior Yoga Teacher Jeanie Jyanti over the course of 24 days whilst also connecting to the land in the beautiful West of Ireland. A native of Dingle, the retreat centre host Derbhla, will nourish would-be teachers with carefully curated menus featuring local produce. With her first language being Irish, she will share her passion and knowledge of the Irish tongue with those who wish to embrace it. The teacher training experience will be built around the four pillars of Alchemy School of Yoga – Yoga, Education, Nourishment & Community, and attendees can learn to grow and flourish as teachers in this homely space with Jeanie’s unique approach to yoga and teaching.

Expect plenty of laughter, peace, learning, connecting and more.

This 200HR YTT will cover all core topics needed to become a yogi first and teacher second, but it will also ensure you leave with a clear foundation in teaching methods as well as setting up your yoga business, should you follow that path:

– Yoga Asana – Postures and Anatomy

– Pranayama – Breath Work and Energy Direction

– Mantra + Chanting

– Mudra – Energetic Seals

– Meditation

– Yoga Philosophy

– Ayurveda

– Teaching Techniques

– The Business of Yoga

– The Lineage of Yoga

– Creating a Self Practice

– Transformational Experiences

– Diversity and Inclusion

– Sustainability

…and much more in between.

Over the course of this immersion, we will offer you a truly unique experience. Whilst the course is structured around the core teachings listed above, all of which will contribute to making you a Yogi first and a Teacher Second, in designing this course, we also created room for flexibility and responsiveness. This means we can adapt our day to the needs of our students and our small community. We will use the natural resources around us, the weather and the group sentiment to create opportunities for excursions, hikes, sea swims, surprise classes, transformational experiences and so much more

The course fee of €3,500 includes:

  • Your 200HR YTT and certificate
  • Manual to keep and access to online resources
  • Meals for the duration of your stay
  • Shared accommodation
  • Materials, props, excursions etc.

Scholarships and Payment Plans are available. Please reach out if finances are an issue. We can work with almost any situation

What Experience Do I Need?

A keen interest in Yoga is a must. This is not time dependent or reliant on your ability to perform certain Asana (postures). Your open heart and mind is all that is required.
