Courtney White Nutrition
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a 3-year diploma in Nutritional Therapy from CNM in Cork. A qualified Nutritional Therapist is trained in basic biochemistry, anatomy and physiology and pathology, and has undertaken 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. As such, a Nutritional Therapist is qualified to work in private practice and see clients on a one to one or group basis.
Nutritional Therapy is suitable for everyone, adults and children. It is suitable for those who would like to alleviate specific symptoms, as well as those who would just like to improve their diet, overall health, and wellbeing. Nutritional Therapy helps you to identify the foods that make you look and feel your best, and those that may be compromising your health.
Nutritional Therapy can also support nutritional status, which can benefit someone going through traditional cancer therapies like chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
